1. Services Offered

Fluff Walks provides an online marketplace platform that connects pet owners with independent, verified pet walkers and sitters in Mysore. Fluff Walks does not employ pet walkers or sitters; they are independent service providers.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password.

3. Pet Parent Responsibilities

Pet parents using our walking or sitting services agree to:

• Provide accurate details regarding their pet's health, vaccination history, and behavioral tendencies.
• Ensure their pet is fully vaccinated (including Rabies and DHPP) and medically fit for physical exercise.
• Disclose any aggressive or anxious behavior patterns that could pose a threat to handlers or other animals.
• Provide all necessary walking collars, identification tags, and clean walking harnesses.

4. Walker & Sitter Conduct

Handlers matching with pet parents on our platform agree to:

• Comply with all safety training, double-leash management, and walk route protocols.
• Treat pets with utmost care, compassion, dignity, and positive reinforcement.
• Provide accurate, real-time GPS reports, start/end updates, toilet details, and photos.

5. Fees and Payments

Users agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with their booked appointments. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway providers. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before a scheduled walk may incur a standard cancellation fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we screen handlers rigorously, Fluff Walks is a platform connecting independent parties. Fluff Walks is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from pet walking or sitting appointments, except where directly caused by platform failures.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, illustrations, design files, animations, and software code on Fluff Walks are the intellectual property of Fluff Walks and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Mysore, Karnataka.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any substantial updates by posting the updated terms within the app or on our website.
