Boarder Partner
Agreement.

Please read our partner terms carefully. This agreement governs the boarding commission structure and safety guidelines.

1. Introduction & Overview

Welcome to the FluffWalks family! This Boarder Partner Agreement ("Agreement") governs your engagement as a pet boarding partner with FluffWalks. By registering and providing boarding services on our platform, you agree to comply with all rules, code of conduct, safety measures, and pricing structures defined herein.

2. 80/20 Commission Structure

We believe in rewarding our partners fairly. FluffWalks operates on a transparent commission structure to support the platform infrastructure, customer support, and marketing:

80%Your EarningsYou keep 80% of the booking price set by you. Paid directly to your bank account.
&
20%FluffWalks CommissionWe charge a flat 20% fee to cover payments, trust & safety insurance, and operational costs.

Note: All payments are processed securely. Your payouts will be transferred automatically within 48 hours of booking completion.

3. Boarder Responsibilities

  • Safe & Secure Space: Ensure your home is fully safe, free of hazardous items, and has safe fencing/balconies.
  • Pet Supervision: You must never leave boarded dogs unattended for longer than the maximum hours specified in your profile.
  • Health & Hygiene: Ensure your home is clean. Keep fresh water accessible at all times and feed the dog according to the owner's exact guidelines.
  • Updates to Owners: Send updates, photos, and walk logs at least twice a day or as requested by the pet owner.

4. Trust, Safety & Emergencies

In case of medical emergencies, you are required to immediately contact the emergency contact provided by the pet parent and FluffWalks support.

  • You must have a vet clinic nearby (ideally within 2 km).
  • You must immediately report any injury, illness, or behavioral changes to FluffWalks.
  • FluffWalks provides basic emergency assistance guidelines, but you must exercise reasonable care at all times.

5. Cancellations & Penalties

Last-minute cancellations disrupt pet parents' travel plans and can cause distress to the dogs.

  • Cancellations by boarders within 7 days of the booking start date may attract a penalty fee.
  • Repeated cancellations or poor ratings (below 4 stars) will lead to temporary suspension or permanent removal from the FluffWalks platform.

6. Liability Disclaimer

As an independent partner, you are responsible for the well-being of the dogs boarded at your home. You agree to indemnify and hold FluffWalks harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the services you provide, except as explicitly covered under FluffWalks protection programs.
