Agreement.

Please read our partner terms carefully. This agreement governs dog walking standards and safety guidelines.

1. Introduction & Overview

Welcome to FluffWalks! This Walker Partner Agreement ("Agreement") governs your engagement as an authorized dog walker on the FluffWalks platform. By completing registration and walking dogs, you agree to comply with all safety protocols, partner terms, and client care standards.

2. 80/20 Commission Structure

We believe in rewarding our partners fairly. FluffWalks operates on a transparent commission structure to support platform operations, walker payouts, GPS tracking, and insurance:

80%Your EarningsYou keep 80% of the walk session payout. Transferred directly to your registered bank account.

20%FluffWalks CommissionWe charge a flat 20% platform fee to cover GPS tracking infrastructure, marketing, and safety coverage.

Note: All payments are processed securely. Walker earnings are deposited automatically following walk verification.

3. Walker Responsibilities & Conduct

Safe Leash Control: Dogs must always be kept on a secure leash during walks. Off-leash walking is strictly prohibited unless in an authorized enclosed private area with pet owner permission.
Punctuality & Tracking: Arrive on time for scheduled walk sessions. Record GPS routes and send live updates/photos to pet parents via the app.
Hydration & Comfort: Carry water during warm weather and avoid walking dogs on hot asphalt or extreme temperatures.
Waste Clean-up: Always carry poop bags and clean up after dogs immediately.

4. Trust, Safety & Emergencies

Safety is our highest priority. In case of any incident, injury, or escape attempt, notify FluffWalks support and the pet parent immediately.

Keep emergency contact numbers handy at all times.
Report any aggressive behavior or health distress in pets immediately.
